HIST\u00d3RICO&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">O primeiro pesquisador que percebeu o fen\u00f4meno bullying foi o professor Dan Olweus e seus&nbsp;estudos realizados na Universidade de Bergan- Noruega (1978 a 1993) obtiveram grande&nbsp;repercuss\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, o governo noruegu\u00eas atentou seu olhar para essa viol\u00eancia institucional&nbsp;apenas ap\u00f3s o suic\u00eddio de tr\u00eas crian\u00e7as entre 10 e 14 anos, que provavelmente foi influenciado&nbsp;por atos de maus tratos dos colegas. A partir desse fato, a autoridade norueguesa, pressionada&nbsp;pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o, realizou em escala nacional a Campanha Anti-Bullying nas escolas (1993) <\/strong>\n                      <strong\n                        style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 0.6em;\">3<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. LEI DE COMBATE AO BULLYING &#8211; Lei 13.185\/2015<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 0.6em;\">4<\/strong>\n                      <strong\n                        style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 8pt;\">&nbsp;<\/strong>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">A Lei 13.185\/2015 institui o Programa de Combate \u00e0 Intimida\u00e7\u00e3o Sistem\u00e1tica, ou seja, o bullying.&nbsp;At\u00e9 a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o dessa lei, n\u00e3o havia no sistema jur\u00eddico uma defini\u00e7\u00e3o concisa sobre a&nbsp;palavra bullying, mas t\u00e3o somente as discuss\u00f5es entre psic\u00f3logos e educadores. Embora n\u00e3o&nbsp;tipifique nenhuma a\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica como crime de \u201cbullying\u201d, a nova Lei, com certeza, \u00e9 bem vinda e vem agregar ao ambiente educacional o que j\u00e1 se entendia como miss\u00e3o da escola, mas que&nbsp;muitas ainda negligenciavam.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 0.6em;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 9.5pt;\">O conte\u00fado \u00e9 de autoria da psic\u00f3loga e foi inspirado em cartilhas, artigos e textos oficiais espec\u00edficos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o ao bullying,&nbsp;materiais sobre resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos na escola e fundamenta-se em princ\u00edpios construtivistas&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;acerca do desenvolvimento&nbsp;moral. bullying &#8211; como:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201cart. 1&#8230; todo ato de viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica ou psicol\u00f3gica, intencional e repetitivo que ocorre&nbsp;sem motiva\u00e7\u00e3o evidente, praticado por indiv\u00edduo ou grupo, contra uma ou mais&nbsp;pessoas, com o objetivo de intimid\u00e1-la ou agredi-la, causando dor e ang\u00fastia \u00e0 v\u00edtima,&nbsp;em uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de desequil\u00edbrio de poder entre as partes envolvidas.\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">Sobre os tipos, a Lei refere o seguinte:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Art. 3o A intimida\u00e7\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica (bullying) pode ser classificada, conforme as a\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;praticadas, como:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;II &#8211; moral: difamar, caluniar, disseminar rumores;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;VII &#8211; material: furtar, roubar, destruir pertences de outrem;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;VIII &#8211; virtual: depreciar, enviar mensagens intrusivas da intimidade, enviar ou adulterar&nbsp;fotos e dados pessoais que resultem em sofrimento ou com o intuito de criar meios de&nbsp;constrangimento psicol\u00f3gico e social.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">A Lei tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 clara em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos objetivos do programa, de forma que n\u00e3o basta apenas&nbsp;uma palestra ou a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cartilha. \u00c9 preciso instituir um programa, ou seja, um&nbsp;conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es que envolvem capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes e equipes pedag\u00f3gicas, campanhas&nbsp;de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, atendimento psicol\u00f3gico, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o a pais. \u00c9 preciso disseminar, efetivamente, a&nbsp;conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o de forma preventiva para os educandos, educadores e pais de alunos. O CICLO DO BULLYING&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;Ele \u00e9 composto por uma tr\u00edade: ALVO + AUTOR + TESTEMUNHAS\/PLATEIA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;OBS: do ponto de vista preventivo e educacional, n\u00e3o se usam mais os termos v\u00edtima e agressor:&nbsp;busca-se um olhar mais humanizado, que n\u00e3o reproduza a vis\u00e3o&nbsp;&nbsp;dualista da sociedade, uma vez&nbsp;que aquele que pratica o bullying tamb\u00e9m necessita de ajuda, sendo, muitas vezes, v\u00edtima diante&nbsp;de outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es e em outros contextos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;\u00c9 importante ressaltar que v\u00e1rios estudos apontam a exist\u00eancia desse fen\u00f4meno em todas as&nbsp;escolas e que, embora exista h\u00e1 muito tempo, ele vem se acentuando nos \u00faltimos anos, o que&nbsp;mostra a urg\u00eancia de enfrentarmos abertamente essa quest\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;Trata-se de um fen\u00f4meno multifatorial de modo que devemos evitar uma abordagem individual,&nbsp;focada somente em aspectos das pessoas diretamente envolvidas, isto \u00e9, o bullying tamb\u00e9m&nbsp;reflete elementos da cultura e das rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais, tais como: nossa cultura individualista,&nbsp;competitiva e patriarcal, baseada em rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder\/for\u00e7a e coa\u00e7\u00e3o\/submiss\u00e3o (que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9&nbsp;reproduzida, muitas vezes, nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es escolares); o excesso de cobran\u00e7a e expectativas sobre&nbsp;crian\u00e7as\/adolescentes\/filhos; n\u00e3o aceita\u00e7\u00e3o de aspectos relacionados \u00e0 identidade do(a) filho(a) (como quest\u00f5es de g\u00eanero).
